We are a boutique production agency looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage some of our existing client base for our Sydney office. With a global client portfolio and a diverse, highly skilled team, the role would suit someone who is young and enthusiastic about creative ideas and previous experience managing clients.

About Us:

We have a large international client list, many of them established as industry leaders. We don’t just work for our clients, we work with them – to pitch, prepare and produce innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing national clients
  • Receiving briefs from clients and identifying solutions
  • Co-coordinating briefing to creative and production team on projects
  • Trafficking projects in and out of creative and deadlines
  • Building content proposals for prospective clients
  • Growing revenue from an existing client base whilst seeking out new business
  • Create, present and implement successful campaigns to clients

You will be:

  • Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
  • Background in graphic design is essential
  • A results-orientated team player
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to work quickly, efficiently, with the ability to handle high volumes of work
  • Commercially astute with the ability to grow accounts
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment where priorities change quickly
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders and clients at all levels
  • Understanding of creative and processes in a digital and print environment is desirable
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop – highly regarded

With a global client portfolio and a diverse, highly skilled team, the role would suit someone who is enthusiastic with creative ideas and previous experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Print marketing materials
  • Digital advertising
  • EDM’s
  • Corporate branding projects
  • Update our website using WordPress
  • Marketing proposals
  • Online Idea Books to showcase our latest products

To be successful in this position, you will be:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Have a high proficiency in using the latest Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have attention to detail and creative edge
  • Have the ability to manage several projects with tight deadlines
  • Follow direction, as well as take the initiative
  • Experience in web design or with WordPress will also be well regarded
